There are different types of wood floors to choose from that complement your fixtures and interior.Wooden Floor Shop Ltdhttp://www.woodenfloorshop.co.uk/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5039105898649825689.post-22808075797982016912013-03-11T18:28:59.394-07:002013-03-11T18:28:59.394-07:00Deep tubs are awesome!! We also have brushed nickle, and i love it. It always looks so nice, even when I haven't cleaned for a week. Good luck with your decision, but i definatly would go with the cement tile(especially no grout!) and brushed nickle.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5039105898649825689.post-33652890153241149072013-03-10T18:36:24.486-07:002013-03-10T18:36:24.486-07:00Thanks very nice blog!

I think it just looks so traditional and it will make the decor and white tile/tub pop out, but I like dark wood floors. My Mom redid her hard wood in a lighter color and I like them, but ours are a very dark color and it is just amazing! My mom's has some scratches already and it just looks dented where as ours look worn in a comfortable way....does that make sense? Lol I'm going to check that tub out too. We are hoping to do the remodel next year.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06178033665266692614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5039105898649825689.post-13361011399909108442013-03-08T21:52:21.627-08:002013-03-08T21:52:21.627-08:00I wanted to tell you I'm really enjoying follo...I wanted to tell you I'm really enjoying following you guys along this journey. We're a military family so even though I'm almost 30, I have no idea what it's even like to pick paint colors since all we've ever lived in is military housing. So it's nice to sit on the sidelines as someone else goes through something like this. So thank you so much for sharing this on your blog! :)Mindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00486906848061703502noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5039105898649825689.post-77815304192978330062013-03-08T20:43:05.113-08:002013-03-08T20:43:05.113-08:00I love the traditional look of penny tile but yea,...I love the traditional look of penny tile but yea, I've talked myself out of tile options since Ryan would have to redo the subfloor and then I'd have more grout to clean. The tub surround is going to be the white subway tile and that will be my first ever tile to upkeep. You are a busy mother though, so if your heart says brushed nickel that is what you should go with. I just like the traditional look of chrome.
I would counsel you to not use vinyl flooring, you really don't want those fumes in your space. The Cement tile has a understated look. I would go with that choice. It is a shame you can't put in some classic tile looks.
http://www.lowes.com/ProductDisplay?partNumber=255053-372-CH021PINMS1P&langId=-1&storeId=10151&productId=3146105&catalogId=10051&cmRelshp=req&rel=nofollow&cId=PDIO1
http://www.lowes.com/pd_255054-372-0D251HEX35MSC1P_0__?productId=3151787&Ntt=penny+tile&pl=1&currentURL=%3FNtt%3Dpenny%2Btile&facetInfo=
I love the deep tub, It makes me want to replace my tub.
I am enjoying following your remodel along Marie, thanks for including us. xoKaty https://www.blogger.com/profile/09478388727794109021noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5039105898649825689.post-13896518657916711182013-03-08T20:00:13.888-08:002013-03-08T20:00:13.888-08:00Apparently the cement tile is groutlessApparently the cement tile is groutlessMarie Bitsandclipshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04058822017732161297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5039105898649825689.post-83736003992308031542013-03-08T19:58:23.560-08:002013-03-08T19:58:23.560-08:00I agree with the tile.
